the expandiTV Shop website and your purchase
of products and services from us. By accessing
our store you agree to these terms.
1. Our Store
expandiTV Shop is operated by Ideation Media LLC.
Throughout these terms "we", "us", and "our"
refer to Ideation Media LLC operating as
expandiTV Shop.
2. Products and Services
We sell both physical merchandise and digital
products including workbooks, ebooks, planners,
journals, and downloadable resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically
via email or download link upon payment
confirmation.
Physical merchandise is fulfilled and shipped
via Printful. Shipping times vary by location.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve
the right to change prices at any time without
notice. We are not responsible for typographical
errors in pricing.
4. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and payment
methods supported by Shopify Payments. Payment
is required in full at the time of purchase.
5. Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable once
accessed or downloaded. By completing your
purchase of a digital product you acknowledge
that you have immediate access to the product
and therefore waive your right to cancel.
If you experience a technical issue accessing
your digital purchase please contact us at
info@expanditv.com and we will resolve it
promptly.
6. Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise may be returned within
30 days of purchase in its original unworn
and unwashed condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return please contact us at
info@expanditv.com before sending any items.
Returns sent without prior authorization
will not be accepted.
Refunds on physical merchandise are processed
within 5 to 7 business days of receiving
your return.
7. expandiTV Streaming Subscription
The expandiTV streaming subscription at
expandi.tv is a separate service operated
through Uscreen and is subject to its own
terms of service and privacy policy.
Subscription billing and cancellation is
managed through your expandi.tv account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on expandiTV Shop including
text, graphics, logos, images, digital
products, and downloadable resources is
the property of Ideation Media LLC and
is protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify,
or sell any content from expandiTV Shop
without our express written permission.
Workbooks, ebooks, planners, journals, and
other digital resources are licensed for
your personal use only and may not be
shared, resold, or redistributed.
9. Disclaimer
Our products and services are provided for
informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on expandiTV Shop constitutes
professional medical, legal, financial,
or therapeutic advice.
The coaches and hosts featured on expandiTV
share their personal expertise and experience.
Always consult a qualified professional for
advice specific to your situation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law
Ideation Media LLC shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from your
use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the
laws of the State of Georgia, United States,
without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms
of Service at any time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated date.

changes are posted constitutes your
acceptance of the updated terms.
