Digital Products
All digital products including workbooks, 
ebooks, planners, journals, and downloadable 
resources are delivered electronically. 
You will receive an email with your download 
link or access instructions immediately 
after payment confirmation.

No shipping is required for digital products.

Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise is printed and fulfilled 
by Printful. Orders are typically processed 
within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

United States: 5 to 10 business days
Canada: 7 to 14 business days
International: 10 to 20 business days

Please note these are estimates only. 
Actual delivery times may vary due to 
carrier delays, customs processing, 
or other factors outside our control.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email 
once your order has been fulfilled and shipped 
by Printful.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout 
based on your location and the items in 
your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not 
arrive within the estimated timeframe 
please contact us at info@expanditv.com 
and we will work with Printful to resolve 
the issue promptly.

International Orders
International customers are responsible 
for any customs fees, duties, or taxes 
imposed by their country upon delivery. 
These charges are not included in our 
shipping costs and are beyond our control.
