ebooks, planners, journals, and downloadable 
resources are non-refundable once accessed 
or downloaded. If you experience a technical 
issue accessing your purchase please contact 
us at info@expanditv.com and we will resolve 
it promptly.

Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise may be returned within 
30 days of purchase in its original unworn 
and unwashed condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return please contact us at 
info@expanditv.com before sending any items. 
Returns sent without prior authorization 
will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 
business days of receiving your return.

Returns accepted within 30 days 
of delivery date.

Customer is responsible for 
return shipping costs.

No restocking fee.

Subscriptions
expandiTV streaming subscriptions may be 
cancelled at any time. No partial refunds 
are issued for unused subscription periods.

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the 
European Union you have the right to 
cancel or return your order within 14 days 
of receipt for any reason without 
justification.

To be eligible for a return your item must 
be in the same condition you received it — 
unworn, unused, with tags attached and in 
its original packaging. Proof of purchase 
is required.

This 14-day cooling-off period applies to 
physical merchandise only. Digital products 
are exempt from the EU cooling-off period 
once the download or access has begun.
